💼 What You’ll Do as a Project Engineer:
- Design & Innovate: Lead design tasks, prepare calculations, technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate & Lead: Work with subconsultants, lead project tasks, and mentor junior staff.
- Field Expertise: Conduct fieldwork including surveying, GPS data collection, inspections, and construction observation.
- Deliver Excellence: Assist in project management, ensuring schedules and budgets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Grow & Learn: Develop expertise in local, state, and federal regulations while honing your technical and leadership skills.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, participate in technical presentations, and contribute to proposals.

📋 What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3–4+ years of increasing responsibility in civil engineering roles.
- Licensure: Engineer-in-Training (EIT), actively pursuing P.E. registration or reciprocity.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS, with strong technical writing and presentation abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator and team player with the ability to mentor staff and engage effectively with clients.
